Delicious low-calorie lunch :)

I find that during my busy days, I really need something delicious to keep me on track.

So, one of my favs is smoked salmon with rice and fresh herbs! This sounds so indulgent, right?!

The obvious key to success is to measure out the portion.

The secret key to satisfaction is to use fresh herbs and green chili in the sauce so that it is super flavorful. 

This meal is satisfying and ensures that I do not feel overly deprived on my busy days. Most importantly, the rice gives me energy and keeps me full. The salmon is salty and SO good for my skin / hair. The fresh herbs and chili give my digestive system a boost. Overall, this meal leaves me feeling great!
