Hi, I’m Ranjana, and I created Strong EnCore® with the goal of bringing delight to the experience of getting older!

Strong EnCore® is a method combining functional movement training, neurolinguistic programming, breathing exercises, meditation and yoga into a practice, to improve physical strength and mental well-being

We also have a tried and tested method for online teaching, which you can do from home with an online community.

Most people think you have to be very healthy or flexible to be stay fit. But the point is to simply move your body as it is in the present moment, in a way that is safe and has the best impact on enabling you to stay active and independent. So you can:

Do more fun stuff like traveling across the world at the age of 91 to celebrate your daughter’s birthday (and pose for pictures!), as my grandmother did! (standing, left)

OR standing in tree-pose after a serious leg-injury and many months of recovery, as my mother does! (standing, right)

OR being still and enjoying the shared moment, as my dogs and I love to do! (on the ground)
